Vicky H. Phan

Vicky H. Pham joined Clapp Moroney Vucinich Beeman + Scheley as an associate attorney at the firm's Peninsula office. She focuses her practice on general civil liability, handling a wide range of litigation matters, including premises liability and personal injury.

Vicky received her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, she gained valuable experience as an in-house legal intern at a public company and served as a judicial extern for Honorable Le Jacqueline Duong for the Superior Court of California County of Santa Clara. Prior to joining Clapp Moroney, she further honed her skills at a personal injury firm. 

Vicky graduated with honors from San Francisco State University, where she completed her undergraduate degree.
