Rebecca Alvarado joined Clapp Moroney as an associate in 2023 and is a member of the firm's General Liability Group. Her practice encompasses general civil litigation, including insurance defense, municipal liability, premise liability, and personal injury. Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca gained experience in employment defense litigation.

Rebecca received her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University with a specialization in International Business Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of California Riverside.

During law school, Rebecca was an active participant in the Entrepreneur's Law Clinic where she assisted founders of local businesses to establish their companies by drafting partnership agreements, registering trademarks, and onboarding employees.

Rebecca is licensed to practice law in California.
