Fabiola Pardo Garcia

Fabiola Pardo Garcia joined Clapp Moroney as an associate in 2025 and is a member of the firm's General Liability Group focusing mainly on municipal liability and personal injury matters. Prior to joining the firm, Fabiola gained experience working as a superior court extern, in insurance defense, and in-house in a technology law setting.
 
Fabiola earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Near Eastern Languages and Literatures (Arabic) from the University of California, Berkeley in 2021, graduating with distinction in general scholarship. She studied abroad for a semester in Amman, Jordan. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law (“USF”) in 2025.

During law school, Fabiola served as Forum Editor on USF's Law Review, contributing to legal scholarship across a wide range of subject areas. She also held leadership roles in the Latinx Law Students Association and Middle Eastern and North African Law Student Association.
