Evelina Chang

Evelina Chang joined Clapp Moroney as an associate attorney in July 2023 and is a member of the firm's General Liability Group. Prior to joining Clapp Moroney, Evelina practiced civil litigation with a firm specializing in consumer law. She also worked at a non-profit legal organization, assisting seniors with their healthcare coverage and public benefits. Since joining Clapp Moroney, Evelina has focused on general liability representing individuals and companies in California.

Evelina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Design from the University of California, Davis in 2011. She then received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2016.

While in law school, she was the Executive Symposium Editor for the Hastings Communication and Entertainment Law Journal. She was also actively involved in volunteering at clinics and was a competing member of the Client Counseling Team.
