Sherrett O. Walker

Sherrett Walker joined Clapp Moroney as an associate attorney in August 2021 and is a member of the firm's General Liability Group. Prior to joining Clapp Moroney, Sherrett was a solo practitioner focusing on employment, criminal, and commercial litigation. He also practiced civil litigation with a firm in San Francisco which specialized in asbestos litigation. Since joining Clapp Moroney, Sherrett has specialized in general liability representing individuals and companies in California.

Sherrett received his Juris Doctorate from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2012. While in law school, he was President of the Black Law Students Association, and was active in Mock Trial, Moot Court, and Negotiations competitions.

Before he started law school, Sherrett worked as a math teacher in the Boston Public School System and worked as a software engineer in the tech industry in California.

Sherrett earned a B.S. in Secondary Education (Math) from the University of Vermont. In college, Sherrett was a hurdler on the track team and was a member of the school's Judicial Council.

Sherrett is licensed to practice in all California Courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
