Randolph D. Greenwald
Randolph Greenwald is a member of the firm's construction law group. Randolph has extensive experience in both complex, civil and criminal litigation, including significant class-action and first-chair trial experience. At Clapp Moroney, he represents developers, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in courts throughout California.
Randy served as a city-councilman in his home town of Seven Hills, Ohio. While in office, he chaired the city's Public Works Committee and supervised numerous road construction and sanitary and stormwater sewer projects. In that role he was also responsible for supervising the city's building inspection and city maintenance departments.
Randolph Graduated from the Baldwin-Wallace University Cum Laude with a B.A. in Political Science. He received his J.D. from The University of Toledo in 2009, where he was often on the Dean's List, served as a class representative to the Student Bar Association and was a member of the Admiralty Law Moot Court Team. While in law school he externed for the Honorable James Skow of the Ohio Sixth District Court of Appeals.
Randolph has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star each year since 2017.
Randolph is admitted to practice law in California, Ohio and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Central Districts of California and the Northern District of Ohio.
