Jeffrey M. Vucinich

Jeffrey M. Vucinich is a Founding Partner of the Clapp Moroney Firm which is recognized as one of the top litigation firms in Northern California. He specializes in general civil litigation, products liability, professional liability, governmental liability cases, and environmental mass toxic tort cases. Over the course of his career, he has tried to verdict cases running the gambit from heavy duty personal injury cases, products liability cases, governmental liability cases, professional liability cases, including insurance broker malpractice defense, nursing home, real estate, legal malpractice, and environmental mass toxic tort cases.  As a result of his litigation experience, he has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates.  He was elected as a Charter Fellow to the Litigation Council of America, considered to be the top 2,000 lawyers in America.  He has been recognized as one of the top five percent (5%) of all lawyers in the field of general civil litigation as a Northern California Super Lawyer, to which he has been elected every year since its inception.

He has successfully tried and arbitrated numerous cases before Judges, juries, and arbitrators throughout Northern California in both State and Federal Courts.  He is familiar with the Judges and juries in the Northern California venues.

Mr. Vucinich was born in San Francisco and received his B.S. cum laude from Stanford University and his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He is admitted to practicing law in California before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District for the Northern District of California.

Mr. Vucinich is an active member in the local Bar Associations in which he practices, including the Alameda Bar Association, the Santa Clara and San Mateo County Bar Associations.  He has been a speaker at various Bar Association functions.  He is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, the Defense Research Institute, and is an elected President of the Council on Litigation Management for Northern California.

Although he primarily works out of the San Francisco/Peninsula office, Mr. Vucinich handles cases in all of the counties in the greater Northern California area, including San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda, Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Joaquin, Placer, Sonoma, Napa, Marin, and Sacramento Counties among others.
