Daniel D. Marcus

Daniel D. Marcus joined Clapp Moroney as an associate attorney in January 2020 and is a member of the firm's General Liability Group. Prior to joining Clapp Moroney, Daniel practiced family law with a law firm in San Jose. Since joining Clapp Moroney, Daniel has specialized in general liability representing individuals and companies in California.

Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of California, Davis in 2011. He received his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University Law School in 2016, where he graduated cum laude.

During law school, Daniel served as a Symposium Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review, where he planned and organized the 2016 Race and the Criminal Justice System Symposium.

Daniel is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
