Ashley N. Meyers
Ashley Meyers is a Partner within Clapp Moroney's Personal Injury and General Liability Practice Group. Her practice primarily focuses on Premises Liability, Wrongful Death, Catastrophic Injury litigation, Public Entity Defense and the Tort Claims Act. She has successfully resolved numerous cases involving high value complex accidents, personal injury, business, and contractual disputes. Ms. Meyers is a yearly speaker at the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California's annual meeting and conference in San Francisco on the case law Year in Review. She has held several leadership roles with the ADC including chairwoman of the Litigation Committee, the Landowner Liability Committee, and the Committee for Women in the Law. Since 2019, Ms. Meyers has taught Trial Skills to rising 2L and 3L students at the University of San Francisco School of Law, Intensive Advocacy Summer Session.
Ashley earned her bachelor's degree in political science with a concentration on political philosophy from Sonoma State University. Ashley received her law degree from Santa Clara University where she taught the Fresh Lifelines for Youth program, an organization dedicated to mentoring at-risk youth in the local community.
Ashley is admitted to practice in all California state courts. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of California and the Central District of California.
