Ashley N. Meyers
Ashley Meyers is a Partner within Clapp Moroney's Personal Injury and General Liability Practice Group. She is the chairwoman of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California's sub-law section on Litigation, the Committee for Women in the Law and the previous Chairwoman for the sub-law section on Landowner Liability.
Ashley's practice focuses on Landlord-Tenant disputes, Negligent Property Management, Retaliatory Eviction, Public Entity Defense and the Tort Claims Act, Premises Liability, Wrongful Death and Catastrophic Injury litigation.
Ashley additionally specializes in defense of Sexual Misconduct, Abuse and Harassment Cases. She has represented several childcare and educational institutions in claims involving allegations under the Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act [CANRA].
Ashley earned her bachelor's degree in political science with a concentration on political philosophy from Sonoma State University. As an undergraduate, Ashley was represented the WTO Delegation at the International Model United Nations in New York. Ashley received her law degree from Santa Clara University where she taught the Fresh Lifelines for Youth program, an organization dedicated to mentoring at-risk youth in the local community.
Ashley is admitted to practice in all California state courts. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of California.
