Adrianne C. Duncan

Adrianne joined Clapp Moroney in 2013, and is a member of the Firm's General Liability Practice Group. She became a Partner with Clapp Moroney in 2020, and a Shareholder in 2024.  She has been representing clients throughout the civil litigation process for more than 18 years, and is an experienced trial lawyer.  Adrianne's areas of practice include wrongful death, negligent security, subrogation, breach of contract, landlord-tenant litigation, professional negligence, pharmaceutical malpractice, construction site accidents, and other general civil matters.

Adrianne graduated in 2001 from California State University, Hayward with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. In 2005, she earned her J.D. from The American University, Washington College of Law, in Washington, DC. While in law school, Adrianne had the honor of serving as a law clerk at the White House, Office of Administration, General Counsel's Office.

Prior to joining Clapp Moroney, Adrianne practiced general civil litigation, business litigation, and insurance defense in Las Vegas, Nevada. Adrianne enjoyed her experience in Las Vegas representing casinos, nightclubs, real estate investors, architects, engineers, and small businesses in a variety of legal matters.

Adrianne is honored to serve on the board of the Northern California Association of Defense Counsel.

Adrianne is licensed to practice law in Nevada and California. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for California's Northern and Central Districts.
