Andrew Khan

Andrew Khan joined Clapp Moroney as an associate in January 2024, and is a member of the firm's General Liability Practice Group. His practice includes personal injury, premises liability, landlord-tenant disputes, and other general civil matters. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked at California's Department of Resources, Recycling, and Recovery where he assisted the department in several administrative hearings. He was also a mediator at Downtown Superior Court in San Jose, where he mediated Landlord-Tenant and Civil Harassment disputes.

Andrew received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of the Pacific and graduated from McGeorge School of Law in 2023. During law school, he was a recipient of the Public Service Commendation Award and held two primary editorial position with the University of the Pacific Law Review. 

Andrew is licensed to practice law in California.
