Thomas F. Quilling
Thomas F. Quilling is an associate attorney within Clapp Moroney=s Construction Law Group. Thomas has over 20 years of civil litigation experience representing a variety of individual and entities in courts throughout the State of California. Prior to joining the firm, Thomas practiced civil litigation in construction, real estate, environmental and land use matters. In addition to other general liability matters, Thomas=s current practice focuses primarily on construction related matters with an emphasis in defense of construction defect claims (residential and commercial) and representing developers, general contractors, and subcontractors throughout California.
Thomas received a B.S in Architecture from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1989. Prior to entering his law practice, Thomas worked for six years in the field of architecture in New York City and Minneapolis. He designed large scale commercial and residential projects. He was also involved in on-site construction management on several of the projects.
Thomas received J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1999. Thomas is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California including the United States Central Federal Courts.
